Workshop Controller - Exeter - £33,000 - £38,000 We are working with the UKs largest Automotive service, maintenance and repair business in the Exeter area who are looking for a...Workshop Controller - Exeter - £33,000 - £38,000 We are working with the UKs largest Automotive service, maintenance and repair business in the Exeter area who are looking for a Workshop Controller to join their busy Service Department. - £33,000 -38,000 per annum - Average uncapped bonus of £5,800 per year with potential to earn more - 5 days a week- Monday to Friday - Voluntary Saturdays paid time and a half Responsibilities: As a Workshop Controller, you will be accountable for the smooth running of the Workshop team on a day-to-day basis and have supervisory responsibility. Youll allocate jobs to the Workshop team based on technical requirement and customer demand. Hold daily huddles, ensuring all colleagues are updated on commercial priorities and focused on exceeding customer expectations. Technically trained, this role inspires and mentors the Workshop team to develop their technical capabilities and has the flexibility to provide technical support to the team where demand requires it.
