About the Role: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective control measures.Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to enhance employee awareness.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations and CDM compliance.Carry out regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.Collaborate with teams across the business to promote a safety-focused culture.
