Principal Archaeology Consultant Edinburgh (Flexible/Home Working Considered) £45,000 - £60,000 Our Client, a Multidisciplinary Environmental Consultancy, are seeking a Principal Archaeology Consultant to join the expanding team in the brand new Edinburgh office. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both archaeology and heritage, offering consultancy advice, producing and managing assessments and heritage statements, and collaborating with the EIA team. Key responsibilities include: Providing expert consultancy advice on archaeology and heritage matters. Producing and managing high-quality assessments and heritage statements. Collaborating with the EIA team to integrate heritage considerations into environmental assessments. Managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Mentoring and supporting junior staff. Qualifications: Proven experience in archaeology and heritage consultancy. Strong project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable approach to working arrangements.
