Regional Service Manager (Forklift Trucks) A GBP 45,000 Base + 15 Annual Bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card + Laptop + Phone + 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 6 Employer and 4 Employee Pension + Broadband Contribution + PPE/Uniform + Uniform Washing Service East Midlands Territory Hybrid Working : 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday 4pm Regional Service Manager role available in a world leading materials handling company. The role will suit those looking for a position in a successful and collaborative management team where you can positively impact the team and culture of the business. for the Regional Service Manager role, applicants need to have service management experience within an engineering industry. Industry specific training will be provided. You will need excellent communication skills as youll be liaising with internal teams such as sales as well as customers directly. The role is primarily based from home covering East Midlands territory travelling to meet customers and engineers when required. The role is managerial focussed with no hands on work and you will be responsible for a team of Field Service Engineers. You will manage the planned maintenance and reactive breakdown of a broad range of forklift trucks at customer sites. The key responsibilities will be to motivate all staff to deliver a consistently high level of service to customers and to ensure everyone is aware of and committed to team objectives. You will manage and continually improve team and individual KPIs and deliverables.
