This role is crucial in supporting our sales team, managing customer inquiries, and driving sales growth in the branch. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.Key Responsibilities: Managing 2 x Internal Sales & 1 x Warehouse/Driver.Deliver the overall sales strategy and financial targetsSetting KPIS and ensuring they are being metManaging relationships with our key clientsPerformance reviews, sickness review, staff welfare, trainingManagement of annual leave and holiday coverCoach staff to continuously improve performanceProvide leadership through business development and changesManage local purchasing whilst maximising marginSupporting the accounts teamStock management including SLOBS, minimise stock lossesManagement of all branch property, plant/equipment and commercial vehiclesEnsuring health and safety procedures are being met Experience Previous experience as a branch manager in a sales offices in a similar industryStrong customer service skills
