The role involves managing disrepair claims from start to finish, conducting pre-work surveys, and creating job specifications using SOR codes. You'll ensure that all repairs meet housing and safety regulations, including the Housing Health and Safety Rating System HHSRS.Key Responsibilities: Review expert reports and disrepair claims.Conduct pre-work surveys and accurately diagnose repairs.Ensure timely completion of works within budget.Support asbestos identification and CDM inspections. Requirements: Degree in a building discipline.RICS or CIOB Chartered Membership.Extensive experience in condensation, damp, and mould inspections.Strong knowledge of housing regulations and HHSRS.
