Department: Marketing Location: Home based, UK Reports to: Head of Digital Marketing Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: (Depending on experience) Role Overview As the Demand Generation Manager at Cambridge Spark, your main focus will be driving our demand generation strategy through paid advertising channels. This is a tactical, hands on role and we welcome interest from individuals looking to move from agency to client side, or have worked client side with a focus on paid advertising. Key responsibilities: Responsible for the generation of high quality leads from paid advertising channels to support the businesses growth targets. Working closely with New Business teams to build campaigns to increase learner and employer leads. Supporting the Customer Success team with advertising campaigns to support growth and retention targets. Take ownership of the LinkedIn Advertising, Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising channels. Optimise campaigns to ensure we are receiving high quality leads, while maintaining a low cost per lead. Understand and adapt campaigns to match both our B2C and B2B business strategy. Work closely with RevOps to track and understand ad performance and ROI, as well as progress of leads through the full customer journey. Work closely with other teams to ensure related work flows are set up and delivering leads correctly within HubSpot. Responsible for the production of monthly reporting clearly demonstrating demand generation activity and its results. Managing advertising budgets, reporting on spend and ensuring we maintain ROI. Candidate Specification: Essential Extensive experience working with paid advertising - Linkedin Advertising, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, and 3rd party sites such as Reddit. Experience in using Google Analytics and Tag Manager. Experience in using HubSpot to create workflows and campaign reports. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of using data to optimise and improve campaigns. Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment, with a focus on growth. Excellent communication skills. Experience working closely with sales teams. Desirable Experience in the Education Sector. An understanding of ABM and ABM tools such as 6Sense.
