Role: Housing Management LawyerRate: £50 – £60 an hour UmbrellaLocation: Newcastle Hybrid roleContract Length: 3 months on going Responsibilities: Handle your own House Management Caseload from start to completion.Keep up-to-date with changes in housing legislation and advise clients accordingly.Be responsible for advising housing litigation matters, preparing court proceedings and documentation. About you: A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3 Years PQE in Housing law.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of housing legislation, tenancy law, and property management.
