Due to continued expansion, my Essex based client, designers and manufacturers of signal switching and simulation for use in electronic test and verification, are looking to increase their engineering test / customer support capacity. They are looking to add a new Production Test Engineer to the team.Due to continued expansion, my Essex based client, designers and manufacturers of signal switching and simulation for use in electronic test and verification, are looking to increase their engineering test / customer support capacity. They are looking to add a new Production Test Engineer to the team. As the Production Test Engineer in Essex, you will need formal Electronics education ONC, HNC, previous experience working in an electronics environment, and the ability to operate basic test equipment such as DMM and Oscilloscope. Other responsibilities include: Test all modules and equipment that are due to be dispatched to the customer.Fault find to component level.Liaise with design team for product improvement.Follow test procedures.Create test procedures.Keep records to ISO 9001 standard. Requirements for the Production Test Engineer: Formal Electronics Education – ONC or HNCPrevious experience working in an electronics environmentAbility to operate basic test equipment DMM, Oscilloscope This is a great opportunity with a well-established company in Essex that offer products and services to streamline the design, development, and sustainment of high performance electronic & test verification systems.
