They are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their successful team. Manufacturing Engineer - Responsibilities: - Create, verify, and release robot programs for automated cells - Create, verify, and release programs for other, programable manufacturing equipment - Design and deliver tooling and fixtures for manufacturing processes - Develop and implement new advanced manufacturing equipment and automation - Support justification of capital funding requests - Creating supporting documentation for automated equipment SOP and EMS - Support the identification and implantation of new manufacturing technology - Responsible for program storage, data back-ups and revision control for manufacturing equipment - Implement and support EH&S activities Manufacturing Engineer Requirements: - Minimum of five years experience programming one of the following: Industrial robots , Control systems CNC Milling or EDM Machines. - Candidates with less experience may be considered with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. - In depth knowledge of automation systems - Good understanding of tooling and fixture design - Experience trouble-shooting mechanical systems pneumatics, tooling, measurement feedback systems - Robot programming experience, Yaskawa or Fanuc an advantage - Proficient in CAD, Siemens NX an advantage - High level of computer literacy Word/Excel/Project - Good judgment and decision making - Communication and team working skills Manufacturing Engineer Salary & Benefits: - Up to £45,000 per annum - Uncapped Overtime at Enhanced Rates - Bonus Scheme - Training - Career Progression - Extensive Company Benefits
