Director of Front OfficeSalary: 65,000KLocation: Chicago, ILOur client is seeking a Director of Front Office to lead and enhance their guest services team. This role requires a dynamic individual with extensive experience in front office operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. The hotel is a 4 Diamand location right in Chicagos beautiful city.The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes while fostering a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and staff. Overall, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage staff scheduling, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
