We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a Project Manager - Mechanical & Electrical , on a 4-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: £267.62 - £350.00 per Day Responsibilities: The role is to lead on mechanical project delivery. To take ownership of M&E projects complete the design/ specification, tender the projects then manager the delivery program whilst actively supporting the day to day maintenance by managing the mechanical contractors and providing expert mechanical engineering advise for repairs. Qualifications: Requires an engineer with a HND or above in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in construction management or Building services. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
