Job Title: Data and Information Processing OfficerLocation: Sussex- BN13 Overview: Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a Data and Information Processing Officer to support Operation Bramber with Sussex Police.Job Title: Data and Information Processing OfficerLocation: Sussex- BN13 Overview: Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a Data and Information Processing Officer to support Operation Bramber with Sussex Police. This critical investigation focuses on potential offences of Manslaughter by Gross Negligence and Corporate Manslaughter by Gross Negligence at a large medical establishment in Sussex. You will join a dedicated team of Criminal Investigators and Analysts, working on over 100 cases where concerns exist regarding patient care and treatment. Your role will be essential in processing and reviewing large volumes of information to help bring potential offenders to justice. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient and effective data and information processing to identify evidential opportunities.Search and review large volumes of data from various sources, ensuring clarity and organisation.Work closely with the investigation team to assist in the overall investigation. Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience in assessing and linking relevant information.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to search police systems and populate defined templates.Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.High level of discretion in handling sensitive, personal, and confidential material.Accurate keyboard and data entry skills with competence in Windows-based software, including spreadsheets and databases. Compliance Requirements: Adherence to PNC Code of Connections Volume 1 version 2.1, Data Protection Act 1998, Computer Misuse Act 1990, and Official Secrets Act 1989. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant investigation while developing your skills in data processing and information management.
