S ales Team Leader Salary: £37,500 per annum + commission (OTE of £60,000) Hours: 8:45am-6.30pm (Monday to Friday) Are you an experienced sales professional who is consistently achieving targets and looking for the next step in your career? Demonstrable experience in a telephone based sales role and a strong desire to develop people. We will provide extensive training in our Bournemouth Head office so it is essential you are able to work away Monday to Friday- travel and accommodation paid for by us! In this varied role you will lead a team of up to three Sales Executives, as well as having the opportunity to help our customers by selling yourself.
