You will be joining a very stable and well-established team who have a great reputation in the commercial marketplace supporting some of the world’s biggest brands in all head office/commercial recruitment. This is a hybrid role, where you have flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week and in the office the rest, where you have a gym, a bar and a robot delivering snacks and drinks Working within a boutique style agency but with the support and benefits of a larger holding company offers individuals the chance to make a difference but also have support, guidance, unlimited training and development opportunities. In reward you will be paid a basic salary of c. £55,000 - £65,000 p.a. negotiable with an unlimited OTE earnings, not only from your own desk but the team and company performance bonuses on top. Duties as Sales Manager will include: Developing new business / sales to generate new business for yourself and the team.Implement effective business development and execution tactic.Managing your own accounts and attracting candidates – using job boards, LinkedIn and your personal network.Building client and candidate relationships – calls, visits and reviews.Reporting on behalf of the team to HQ.Growing the brand, business and team. We are looking for someone who loves sales, building and developing relationships and is high energy. You must come from a recruitment background and have proven experience managing small teams.
