This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with expertise in the construction industry to play a pivotal role in growing our commercial book of business.You would be focused on the renewals team, helping continue the highest level of service for existing clients.Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns and proactive marketing.Develop relationships with prospects and new clients through phone calls, video calls, and in-person meetings.Handle the renewals for a profitable portfolio of commercial clients, with a focus on the construction sectorConduct comprehensive risk analysis and provide tailored insurance solutions to mitigate risksNegotiate terms and premiums with underwriters to secure optimal coverage for clientsBuild and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisorStay current with industry regulations, market trends, and product developmentsAchieve and surpass new business and revenue targets Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience with in commercial insurance broking - any experience with construction policies would be a huge advantage.Thorough understanding of construction risks, contractual requirements, and risk management strategiesStrong technical expertise in policy wordings, endorsements, and claims handlingExceptional client-facing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex informationProficiency in using insurance management systems, preferably ActurisCommitment to delivering outstanding client service and achieving growth targets Benefits: Competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus competitive bonus structureComprehensive training and development opportunitiesExcellent working environment with a collaborative team culture To Apply: We are currently shortlisting for interview, Apply today for immediate consideration.
