An architectural metalwork company based in South Yorkshire is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join their team.An architectural metalwork company based in South Yorkshire is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join their team.Key Details: Start Date: ASAPHours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM FridaySalary: £35,000 per annumLocation: Office-based Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings of handrails, balustrades, and staircases using Advanced Steel and AutoCAD.Manage the design process from start to finish, including client interaction and calculations.Conduct site surveys across the UK as required pool van and fuel card available.Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure all drawings meet industry standards and project specifications.Engage directly with clients to ensure their design needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Proven experience as a Draughtsman in the architectural metalwork industry.Proficiency in Advanced Steel and AutoCAD software.Strong ability to produce precise technical drawings and calculations.Excellent communication skills for client interactions and collaboration with internal teams.Flexibility to travel for site surveys as needed.
