Quantity Surveyor £35,000 - £50,000 Mid-Level Sandwich, Kent – Office/Site based Permanent – Full Time – 08:00 – 17:00 Mon – Thurs, 16:00 finish Friday’s Own Transport Required as will be travelling to clients’The Job Are you a mid-level Quantity Surveyor looking for a permanent job in an established and thriving construction business Do you have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field Are you looking for career advancement opportunities with continuous professional developmentQuantity Surveyor Mid-Level responsible for monitoring and managing costs and budgets of construction projects – ensuring value for money whilst maintaining standards. Working closely with Project Managers, Contractors and Clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Requirements.Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional certification such as MRICS Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent is preferredProven experience in quantity surveying or a similar role within the construction industry.Experience with construction project management and contract administration.Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Competence in using computer-aided design CAD and project management software.
