Key ObjectivesIntroduce new customers to the businessAccount manage the customers you onboard with a service focusCarry out a tailored sale to ensure the proposed solutions would best-fit a customer's needsKey Responsibilities includes:Generating your own meetings through business development activity and networkingProactively working with Telecoms account managers to explore cross-selling opportunities for IT products/servicesLiaising with the technical team to ensure proposals are technically soundManaging your sales pipelineActing as a point of contact through the deployment, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth project roll out and a positive customer on-boarding experienceWorking with internal departments to promote cross-selling across the product portfolio wherever possible (business mobile, telephony, connectivity)Managing accounts, introduced by keeping in regular contact and carrying out quarterly account reviewsKeeping abreast of all product development, ensuring your product knowledge remains currentBest practice use of the company CRM throughout Person Specification: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a self-generating business development role with an MSP, selling IT support amongst other services/products.We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys working autonomously and is naturally driven by both achieving sales targets and delivering an excellent customer experience.Employee Benefits:£35,000 £40,000 basic salary (depends on experience) & CommissionCompany Car or Car Allowance21 days holiday rising for every year served to a maximum of 26Pension schemeHealthcare cash plan & Wellness plan after passing probationEmployee Assistance programme after passing probationEmployee, Discount Scheme after passing probationPrivate Medical Care, available after two years serviceLife Assurance, available after two years service
