In this role, you will optimise revenue and margins, oversee staff performance, welfare, and safety while ensuring compliance with the premises license. You will be responsible for: Overseeing Epos management in the restaurant. Training, motivating, and managing the entire restaurant staff. Efficiently leading and delegating tasks within the team. Handling bookings and answering phones when necessary. Administering invoices for relevant equipment and deliveries. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. Prior managerial experience and passion for the role. Possess organisational skills to ensure the restaurant is fully stocked and prepared. Must be 18 years old or older.
