Please note rates for this role will be paid PAYE we are unable to pay via Limited Company or Umbrella. Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts to suit your schedule, Long Days and Nights available. Role Overview: As a Mental Health Healthcare Assistant, you will work across two wards, delivering person-centred care and therapeutic interventions. You'll play a key role in helping residents on their journey towards recovery and independence.Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised support to women with Personality Disorders, including Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder EUPD.Implement individualised care plans and therapeutic interventions.Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.Facilitate group activities, therapy sessions, and recreational outings.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and occupational therapists.Maintain accurate records of observations and interventions.
