Known for providing comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses, we are committed to delivering high-quality support throughout the property transaction process, with a focus on professionalism and client satisfaction. Role Overview: The successful candidate will support solicitors in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Assist solicitors from instruction through to post-completion in conveyancing matters. - Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds. - Conduct property searches and prepare reports on title. - Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other involved parties. - Handle client inquiries and provide regular updates on transaction progress. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and manage the exchange and completion process. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and ensure compliance with regulations. - Provide general administrative support to the Conveyancing Department. Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years' experience in a conveyancing paralegal role. - Strong knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing processes. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. - Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A client-focused and professional approach.
