In this role, you will provide a range of spa treatments, including nails and waxing, while also enhancing customer experiences through product upselling. You will be responsible for: Ensuring a relaxing and outstanding customer experience throughout their visit. Recommending and upselling the latest beauty and skincare products. Maintaining a professional and welcoming spa environment. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role. Fully trained to HNC / HND / SVQ Level 3 standard or equivalent. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Enthusiasm for the beauty and wellness industry, with a focus on spa therapies.
