Focusing on market expansion, customer segmentation and developing pricing strategies to drive sustainable growthLeading and developing high performing sales teams.Providing coaching and mentoring whilst fostering a culture of excellence and accountabilitySetting and achieving ambitious sales targets, driving significant year on-year sales growth.Using in-depth knowledge of laser cutting, metal bending, welding processes, fabrication and powder coating to leverage a competitive advantage during tendering or quotation processes.
