With an annual net turnover exceeding £40 billion, this independent group is seeking an autonomous Operations Director with a creative vision and a genuine passion for building long-term opportunities. Candidates must have experience in the luxury restaurant sector.They are looking for an Operations Director to come on board to steer them through this time of expansion and growth, whilst not taking their eye off the existing, very strong operations.The ideal candidate will have strong dining/ commercial awareness and have been involved in openings, acquisitions and financial growth.
