Basic troubleshooting of office products (Outlook, word, excel, Power point) b. OneDrive, c. SharePoint d. MS Teams 3. MDM Intune: a. Managing devices in Intune i. Laptops ii. Smart Phones 4. Intune (Windows) Autopilot a. Building / rebuilding laptops using autopilot policies b. Understanding of step-by-step process 5. Video Conferencing room support – Logitech, MS teams a. Logitech rally Kit, Bar support. b. Microsoft Teams rooms support (MTR) 6. Desktop/Laptop Setup a. Building / rebuilding laptops b. Desk setup (Power /Network) 7. Hands & Feet- Server/Data Rooms a. Patch Panel Network cabling b. Physical server support 8. Service Now user experience a. Basic knowledge of the tool – Incident, Problem, Change, service request & Asset mgmt. module Functional Skills: 1. ITIL process understanding. 2. Financial domain support 3. IT Asset and inventory Management 4. VIP user support 5. Situation and priority management 6. Minimum Relevant experience – 3+ years Soft Skills: 1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills 2. Ability to work under pressure situations 3. Problem solving skills: Desirable: 1. COTS Apps support skills 2. Certifications: ITIL foundation, MCSE, Azure foundations 3. Apple/MAC devices management 4. SOP based procurement 5. Trade floor support
