You’ll lead a team of threw which includes a Marketing Specialist, Digital Presence Supervisor, and Graphic Designer.The role:To develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies across digital platforms, including web, social, and mobile, to drive engagement and meet business objectives.Oversee all digital marketing work streams, from concept to execution, ensuring high customer engagement and strong ROI.Supervise content production and analysis, ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all platforms.Report on campaign effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Drive brand loyalty and awareness through data-driven strategies that lead to commercial success.Manage department budgets, ROI models, and deliver measurable reports using tools like Google Analytics.Requirements:7+ years in marketing, with at least 3-5 years of CRM and digital campaign management in the F&B sector.Proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar, data management, budget planning, and team leadership.BS in Management or Master’s in Marketing with strong expertise in CRM, customer loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
