As an Employment Solicitor, you will be joining a close-knit team to run your own mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters including: Tribunal work including advocacy if this is something you wish to get involved withDisciplinaries and grievancesUnfair dismissal and discriminationTUPEWhistleblowingRedundancy and restructuresDrafting policies and handbooksAdvising HR professionals on matters on a retainer basis The successful candidate for this Employment Solicitor role will ideally have 3+ years PQE within Employment law, is able to work well under pressure and has excellent client care skills.
