This is a full-time, office-based opportunity.Sales Ledger / Accounts ReceivableThe purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to the Accounts Department. Experience of working within an Accounts assistant / Sales ledger position is essential.Main duties and responsibilities:Applying receipts to customer accountsManual credit note creationProcessing invoicesLiaising with customer services teamsApplication of receipts in line with customer remittance listingManual credit/debit memo creationSending out account statementsCustomer account reconciliationsAssist Customer Services team with customer queries Education and ExperiencePrevious experience as an Accounts receivable / Sales Ledger role supporting an accounts team is essential.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.ERP systems experienceExcellent communication skills both verbal and written Accurate data entry skillsStrong customer service skills Excellent computer skillsGood organisational skillsGerman language skills would be advantageousA strong work ethic with an ability to work to deadlinesWorking on own initiative and the ability to seek further advice when required Building strong relationships with team and supporting each other during Ability to manage several processes and procedures and multitask within a strict and pressurised timeframe Winsearch acts as an employment agency for permanent staff.
