Lewis Davey are working with a global leading flexibility provider with over 9GW of assets under management and an immediate need for a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the UK & Ireland Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and ensuring customer retention by overseeing a dedicated team of sales, account management, and marketing professionals focused on acquiring and retaining Flexibility customers in the UK and Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales, account management, and marketing specialists. Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain large B2B customers. Foster a collaborative, cross-functional work environment that emphasizes trust and transparency. Hold team members accountable for achieving results and meeting performance targets. Recruit, nurture, and retain top talent within the sales and marketing teams. Encourage innovative and solution-oriented approaches to overcome challenges and drive success. Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in sales and marketing to large B2B customers. Demonstrated sales leadership experience with a focus on achieving results. Strong ability to work cross-functionally, creating a culture of collaboration and transparency. Skilled in hiring and developing top talent, building a team of A players. Results-driven, with a focus on outcomes and accountability. Innovative mindset with a solution-oriented approach to challenges. This position is a remote based opportunity with regular travel across the UK when required.
