Project Coordinator £27 – 29K DOE, Monday to Friday, No shifts, permanent position, 28 days holiday, growing companyLocation of the Project Coordinator Position: WarringtonA leading Automotive company that are a leader in their field require a Project Co-Ordinator to join their team, they are a growing business and have recently opened a new manufacturing a facility to mirror their growth and maximises production.Duties of the Project Co- Ordinator Position: Review project specifications and recommend mix designs to the Sales Department to quote jobs.Reviewing production instructions and documentationsParticipate in pre-job bidding preparation.Prepare submittals and tender responses.Responsible for completing internal and external audits to the relevant standards.Handle and provide solutions for project problems and complaints.Coordination of internal and external build schedules and stakeholder meetings. Job Requirements: Good Skills using Microsoft Office i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelBe well-versed in the maintaining and controlling of a Quality Management systems.Have a strong math, analytical and attention to detail skillsHave a valid Driver’s License.Make sound judgments in work methods and interpreting goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate new processes clearly and document critical aspects of the job.
