This is a full-time role working on-site at their offices in Walton-on-Thames working Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm Key Responsibilities: Processing day-to-day accounts transactionsCustomer Accounts reconciliationsCredit Control – reconciling customer accounts and chasing for paymentProduction of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when requiredSupplier Accounts reconciliationsProcess supplier payments and any refundsVAT ReturnsInputting company expenses. Accounting Supervisor skills required: Supervision and team leadership skillsManaging processesAttention to detailGeneral math skillsAccounting skillsExperience in accounting software, specifically SAGETime management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlinesConfidentiality and trustworthinessData entry managementExcellent communication skills
