Within this AML Compliance Manager role, you will be joining a team to support Fee Earning departments through dealing with escalated queries and training, manage AML policies and procedures and ensuring compliance across the firm. Your day-to-day duties may include: Maintaining the law firms wide risk assessmentsAssisting Fee Earners in complex client due diligence onboarding for new clientsProviding general compliance support in AML to risk and compliance team membersPreparing and delivering AML trainingEnhancing AML policies, processes and systemsReviewing samples of clients and matter risk assessments, identifying gaps in knowledge The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working in an AML/Compliance role within a law firm, is able to work well under pressure and is extremely commercially aware.
