BSA Group is looking to appoint an International and Membership Manager to join our team. As International and Membership Manager, you will be a key member of our dynamic team, responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage international activity and services including current member engagement, new member targeting and acquisition, member communication and service delivery Maintain global database of prospective leads, including boarding schools and safeguarding, health, and inclusion professionals, building contacts within member and target schools and other organisations. Manage UK new member targeting and acquisition. Primary responsibility for managing lead generation activities across the BSAG, working with association Directors as appropriate. Manage the registration and on-boarding of members from first enquiry until full membership. Working with Directors, produce and maintain the necessary information brochures for membership. Support the process of moving affiliate BSA members to full. Liaise with Business Support to support the collection of subscriptions and chase non-payment. Report, at least monthly, membership status. Produce reports and research on membership (including engagement, activity by geography, type of school etc.) to support membership development. Support Association Directors in achieving membership targets. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. · A high performance and results-driven mentality. · Commitment to teamwork and building relationships. · Strong written and oral communication skills · Good data, analytical and numeracy skills. · Be commercially savvy and deliver on KPIs. · Familiarity with office software systems and an ability to use technology. · Creativity and a focus on finding positive outcomes and solutions. · Good personal organisation. · Ability to work as part of a team with minimum supervision. · Provide support for the delivery of any BSA Group services and as requested by the CEO and DCEO/COO as required.
