Instructor / Training Position Summary DarkStar Intelligence seeks an experienced instructor with a TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and seven years of military or intelligence experience to support USEUCOM J2 training. The role involves delivering intelligence training, maintaining instructional proficiency, and up to 40% TDY travel. A bachelor's degree, IC Instructor Certification, and experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat are required. Location: RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom FLSA Status: Full-Time Citizenship: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens Position Type: On-Site, with up to 40% travel within EUCOM Clearance Level: TS/SCI + Counterintelligence Polygraph Primary Duties and Responsibilities Deliver in-person, platform-based, and desk-side intelligence training across multiple locations. Use a variety of learning methods, including web-based training (WBT), computer-based training (CBT), video, and VTC. Assist in course development, ensuring all materials meet USEUCOM J2 T&D standards. Participate in event-driven training, responding to rapid, short-notice learning requirements. Engage in partner nation training, facilitating professional intelligence education for officers and enlisted personnel. Collaborate with the Senior Instructor to continuously update course content and delivery methods. Provide ad hoc training events and desk-side tutoring, as requested. Minimum Qualifications Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Political Science, Strategic Studies, History, Cultural Studies, or European Studies. At least seven (7) years of specialized experience within the military or intelligence community. Experience in intelligence instruction and technology-based training delivery. Knowledge of eLearning platforms and web-based training systems. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to evolving training requirements. Willingness and availability to travel to all required locations within the USEUCOM Theater and USEUCOM Joint Reserve Intelligence Support Element locations within CONUS, as needed. Ability to commit to temporary duty (TDY) travel, comprising up to 40% of the work schedule. Ability to maintain proficiency in assigned areas of instruction. Maintenance of Intelligence Community (IC) Instructor Certification as administered by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and basic SharePoint functionality. Desired Qualifications A minimum of three (3) years of instructor experience, with certification from a military schoolhouse or academic institution or completion of a recognized commercial instructor skills development course.
