M&S Team Manager Visual - Battersea In Store Location: Battersea Power Station Lead a team of Visual Stylists in our brand-new concept clothing store bringing to life the latest fashion trends for our customers. We're looking for great leaders that have a passion for fashion and motivation to energise teams to help customers find their perfect fit. Not only will your team be creating remarkable visual displays that attract and engage customers, they will also be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing journey. You'll utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App, to enhance both the customer experience and ensure they get the products they want when they need them. Efficiency and effectiveness are key aspects of your role. You'll be a skilled leader, maintaining high standards in visual presentation consistently.
