Job Specifics – Regional Operations Manager You will be required to: Effectively manage the service provided and ensure compliance with all company and customer operational proceduresMaintain and develop internal and external customer relationshipsMaximise the profitability of the operation, whilst achieving and promoting employee developmentEnsure the correct manning levels onsite are met and exceed productivity targetsLiaise with both line manager and the other contract managers to identify any geographical shortfalls in personnel and fulfil any such requirements through recruitment Personal Specification Experience of managing a large flexible mobile workforceAble to work in a highly challenging, fast moving, reactive and innovative environmentExcellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and management skillsThe ability to grow and develop teams of individuals via promotion and training We look forward to receiving your application.
