Knowledge and experience of credit control processes, procedures and reportingJob Title: Credit Controller Reporting To: Group Credit ManagerLocation: Wilmslow/working from homeSalary £25,000 + bonus Hours of Work: 37.512-months fixed-term contractThe RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join our Credit Control team managing one of the Citation Group Company ledgers.Key duties will include:• Proactively managing & collecting debts from company debtors via telephone & email• Ensuring timely payment of invoices• Resolving customer queries with assistance from other departments• Reconciling customer accounts• Cash allocation• Preparing & issuing customer statements detailing outstanding amount• Weekly reporting/updatesThe Person• Knowledge and experience of credit control processes, procedures and reporting• Transactional finance knowledge and understanding• Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook• Professional attitude and persona• Positive outlook• Strong work ethic• Able to prioritise workload• Ability to communicate with clients and staff at all levels• Generate and maintain solid working relationships with customers and colleaguesHit Apply now to forward your CV.
