Project Manager Care Blackpool 37.5 hours per weekThe Role:To develop and coordinate a flexible and high quality service for adults with learning disabilities/mental health needs. To supervise and manage a team of staff, providing person centred support to enable service users to maintain their independence, experience improved well-being and enjoy opportunities for personal development. To ensure that the service is provided in accordance with the service specification and the service contract and to comply with all CQC compliances alongside corporate monitoring and evaluation requirements. To demonstrate the quality and effectiveness of the service through seeking feedback from service users and stakeholders, collating positive outcomes and ensuring the quality of service delivery.Required: A minimum of three year's experience supporting people with learning difficulties/mental health needs. At least one year's experience of supervising staff or managing services for people with learning disabilities/mental health needs.
