The goal is to create innovative supported living solutions that promote independence, recovery, and well-being. As they expand their services across North London, they currently need a strategic leader to drive the vision forward.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for launching and scaling new supported living services across North London.Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the new services, ensuring they meet high standards of care and comply with all relevant regulations and best practices.Team Management: Recruit, lead, and develop a team of professionals dedicated to mental health support, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Service Development: Design and implement innovative care models and support plans tailored to the needs of individuals with mental health challenges.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, healthcare providers, and community organisations.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and quality standards, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for new services, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial sustainability. Key Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in operations management within the mental health sector, including experience setting up and scaling services.Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in management, mental health, or related fields e.g., NVQ Level 5, relevant degree.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to drive forward ambitious projects.Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in mental health care.Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
