The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms, security systems, and related equipment.Due to expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and fully qualified Fire and or Security Engineer to join this expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms, security systems, and related equipment.The work will be varied, and you will be working with small and large businesses, hotels, schools, council properties, and residential homes across but not limited to Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire.Your key responsibilities will be: Install fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systemsRegular system maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards/regulationsDiagnose and repair faults in fire and security systems efficiently and effectivelyProvide technical support/training to clients on the operation of their systemsRespond promptly to emergency callouts and provide timely resolutions to issuesStay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and technologiesEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations Qualifications Skill and Attributes for the Fire & Security Engineer Fully qualified Fire and Security EngineerPrevious experience in installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire and security systemsKnowledge of fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV systems, and access control systems or interest in developing skills in some of these disciplinesExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFull UK driving licence What’s in it for youBe a part of a dynamic and expanding team who will offer you flexibility, a great team and work life balanceThe company values focus on Customer Focus, Positivity, Trust, Adaptability, Determination A starting salary of c£40,000 depending on experienceCompany vehicle and fuel cardOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesHealth and safety equipment providedCompany pension scheme25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysLife coverFlexible working hours
