Job Responsibilities: Advising Clients: Provide guidance on legal aspects of divorce, separation, and other family law matters.Negotiating Settlements: Work with clients to reach agreements on the division of property, assets, and finances.Drafting Documents: Prepare and file legal documents such as divorce petitions, financial orders, and child arrangements.Financial Settlements: Manage the organisation and negotiation of financial agreements between parties.Dispute Resolution: Engage in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve issues without court proceedings.
