The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of regulatory standards, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a “can do” attitude. You will also need to be kind, caring, and have a hands-on approach, working closely with the staff team to mentor, nurture, and develop their skills and knowledge.About the Company: Our client does not believe in micro-management, and want to employ individuals that are committed to delivering quality care.
