Job Title : Hearing Aid Sales Executive / Administrator Location : Paddington Clinic, London Salary : £28,000 - £35,000 per annum + Commission on Sales Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Reports To : Managing Director About Park Medical Clinic: Park Medical Clinic is a fast-growing start-up with over 30 clinics across London, specialising in audiology services aimed at improving the lives of individuals with hearing impairments. Role Overview: The Hearing Aid Sales Executive / Administrator plays a key role in driving hearing aid sales while supporting the audiology team with administrative tasks. You will engage with patients to understand their needs, manage hearing aid bookings, liaise with suppliers, and provide support to audiologists to ensure the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities: Sales : Engage with patients to offer hearing aid solutions and convert leads into sales. Appointment Management : Take charge of booking hearing aid appointments and ensure the clinics schedule maximises sales opportunities. Lead Conversion : Follow up on leads generated both internally and externally, ensuring a high conversion rate. Stock Management : Maintain stock levels for hearing aids and accessories, placing orders with manufacturers when required. Supplier Liaison : Act as the point of contact for hearing aid manufacturers, managing product deliveries and resolving any issues. Audiologist Support : Assist audiologists with preparing equipment, managing patient records, and ensuring stock availability. Patient Care : Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients regarding hearing aid care and use. Collaboration : Work closely with the reception and audiology teams to ensure smooth clinic operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background : Experience in audiology, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred. Qualifications in hearing care are advantageous. Sales Experience : Proven experience in sales and lead management, ideally within the hearing aid or medical devices sector. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for patient interaction and liaising with suppliers. Organisational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and ensure smooth clinic operations. Customer Service : Strong customer care skills with a focus on delivering a positive patient experience. Problem-Solving : Proactive in managing stock, scheduling, and patient care issues with minimal supervision. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): High conversion rate of leads to appointments and sales. Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Efficient appointment scheduling with minimal cancellations. Timely and accurate stock management. Positive feedback from patients regarding their care and support. Training and Career Development: This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression. You will have the chance to work closely with hearing aid manufacturers for sales training, and over time, you may take on team leadership responsibilities. Ongoing training in audiology equipment and best practices will be provided, along with opportunities to attend external workshops. Compliance and Regulations: The successful candidate must adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements, including patient confidentiality and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR), as well as industry standards in audiology care. Working Conditions: Hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Location : Based at our Paddington Clinic in London.
