I am now seeking a Quantity Surveyor, BSc or MSc qualified in Quantity Surveying and MRICS qualified for a firm of PQS in Birmingham.THE ROLEI am seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who MRICS qualified with at least 5 years or more QS experience working for a firm of PQS / construction consultants.You will work have the opportunity to work on a good range of projects valued to £150m.You will be involved in all aspects of the PQS role doing pre and post contract work.My client is based in Birmingham.Projects will include hotels, residential and retail projects for new build and refurbishment.THE COMPANYMy client is a busy established firm of construction consultants providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management and some project management services.They work on both new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors to include hotels, residential, retail, industrial, logistics, higher education, leisure.They have two UK offices and will offer excellent prospects.THE CANDIDATEYou will be a Quantity Surveyor who is MRICS qualified.You will need to have at least 5 years or more experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK with either another firm of PQS or with a construction consultants.
