We are looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaner on a permanent basis to cover a portfolio of sites in Southampton. Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm with 30min unpaid break 37.5 hours a week £11.50 per hour What are we looking for? Local to the area IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps). Full Manual UK Driving Licence required, vehicle provided. Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English). Previous experience in cleaning environment is essential. Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Cleaner: Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops. Mopping floors with wet or damp mops. Hovering of carpeted areas. Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points. Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use. Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual).
