With a presence that is expanding across mainland Europe and some serious investment behind them, they are set for great things.As a Regional Sales Manager, you and your team within your region north Germany will be responsible for all aspects of pre-sales and sales of our spaces, as well as customer success, retention, and upsell. You play a key role in our sales efforts throughout the whole process.The dream jobFormulate strategies in order to run an effective sales teamSupervise preparations and definition of the sales planUnderstand the customer’s needs, ensuring that the solution that is provided matches customer expectations across all areas - functional, service, timeline, budget, quality, etc.Ensure all sales employees have sales targets and personal sales plansWork with CRM System Salesforce to maintain an updated customer baseAnalyze sales funnels, and optimize goalsExecute SMB retention planWork together with the customer service team to achieve goalsRetain talent within your teamPropose and coordinate the promotional activities undertaken by the sales departmentThe ideal candidate+2 years of relevant sales experience in a leadership positionExperience in B2B sales, lead generation, pre-sale processes, market researchResults-oriented, problem solver and good at multitaskingAbility to work independently and take care of the team, making sure they are trainedFamiliar with real estate, specifically the flexible office sector - an advantageStrong in English and German is a must for both written and spokenAchieving 100 of goals can result in up to 2 annual salaries per year all four quarterly bonuses, and reaching 130 of goals can earn up to 6 monthly salaries per year.The Role: Regional Sales ManagerLocation: Berlin, GermanySalary: Salary: €65,000 - €70,000 per year + competitive bonusWe look forward to meeting you Send your application to irene@corecruitment.comTo view all our vacancies, go to, www.corecruitment.com
