Your role will be to offer support to both community and in-patient services, with the focus on working together with service users to enhance their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities and duties: You will be expected to undertake the statutory requirements of your role and that of the local authority to include Care Act duties, Safeguarding, both adult and children.You are required to have proven experience of supervision, mentoring or supporting the learning of others. Your knowledge and skills will be valued and opportunities for further development encouraged.We aim to develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and will actively promote this throughout your employment, ensuring through good quality supervision both managerial and professional that you are developing and delivering on the skills and knowledge required for the post.
