Unit Manager – Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire Location: St. Paul’s Care Centre, Long Mimms, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 5XWSalary: £50,000 to £55,000 depending on experienceHours: 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm - flexibility requiredJob type: Full time, permanentCome and make a difference with the team at Westgate Healthcare #CareWithUsAtWestgateAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Unit Manager to join our team at St Paul’s Care Centre in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.The Unit Manager will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager with the day to day running of the Nursing Home and specifically, with overall responsibility of one unit. You will manage your unit to ensure that the highest achievable standards of care are delivered to residents and that all nursing and care practices are evidence based and reflect current trends. You will be a hands-on role model and leader for the care team and create an open, positive and inclusive atmosphere.
