Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with proven experience in Customer Service Management CSM and custom development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading team in Saudi Arabia and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions for a diverse range of clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end implementations across CSM, Application Engine, Portal ESC, and custom development, ensuring projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time.Develop and configure custom ServiceNow applications, leveraging your deep technical knowledge to create tailored solutions that enhance business processes.Collaborate with stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs and scalable solutions.Ensure best practices are adhered to during the development lifecycle, while mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on complex issues.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, optimising performance and ensuring seamless communication between platforms.Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and updates, proactively recommending improvements to clients.Requirements:Must have completed at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in CSM, Application Engine, Portal ESC, and custom development.Certified Implementation Specialist CIS in CSM is mandatory.Minimum 5 years' experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong background in ITSM, CSM, custom development, and integrations.Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality solutions.This is an ideal role for a driven and experienced consultant looking to take on complex projects and lead in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
